Leocor Doors Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy
(subject to the Consumer Protection Act). Standard products may be returned within seven days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable except as required by law. Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once completed. Damage to motors or other electrical components from power surges, load shedding, or other external supply issues is not covered. Surge protection is strongly recommended. Warranty is void where installation is performed by non-authorized persons or where damage results from incorrect installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
